Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Hampton Roads Medical Logistics & Courier, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, employees of clients, and individuals receiving services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our mobile medical logistics or substance screening services.
2. Mobile Substance Screening Services
Hampton Roads Medical Logistics & Courier provides professional onsite drug and alcohol testing for DOT and NON-DOT workforces. We facilitate collection and coordination with certified laboratory partners. While we ensure the highest standards in collection protocols, we are not responsible for the inherent biological variations or laboratory processing times beyond our control.
3. Onsite Collection Protocols
Client must provide a safe, private, and appropriate environment for collections as requested by our technicians. For workplace testing, the client is responsible for ensuring the designated donor is present at the scheduled time. Failure to provide a suitable environment or donor access may result in a service cancellation fee.
4. Privacy and Data Security
We adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection standards, including HIPAA compliance where applicable. Results are reported only to authorized representatives designated by the client. We employ industry-standard encryption and physical security measures to protect sensitive medical and identification information.
5. Billing and Cancellation
Services are billed according to current rates at the time of scheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency or post-accident response services may incur additional surcharges based on the time and location of the mobile dispatch.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hampton Roads Medical Logistics & Courier shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for any actions taken by employers based on screening results provided by our laboratory partners.
